In this video, we have 7 chapters, each with 2 or 3 scenes featuring shapely young ladies wearing the flimsiest of skirts. The video is taken from a low angle but at a distance providing outstanding views of their legs, leaving us in suspense as to when the wind will start to blow and reveal what is beneath. However, our patience is richly rewarded. The scenes all take place either at the edge of construction site, on an apartment balconey or on a staircase. I don't think I'll ever tire of watching a miniskirt being manhandled by the wind. Was $40 Now on sale for $30 | I just ran across this producer from Japan and he appears to have some interesting videos. Thhis video is a pantyhose/panty lovers dream. It begins with a scene taken by a hidden camera in an office and captures one of the office ladies working at a sink in the lunchroom. One of the male office workers comes up and as a joke lifts her skirt up to her waist, exposing her pantyhose and panties. Please gentlemen, do NOT try this in your office! This is repeated several times with different ladies - what is amazing, is that the some of the ladies are a bit peeved, but others take it in stride - just guys being guys. Next, an OL (Office Lady) is stopped in the hallway of a modern office building and chatted up and eventually is talked into lifting her skirts and letting us see her pantyhose and panties - she is talked into dropping her skirt which the guy steals and puts out on the rooftop of the building, causing her great embarrassment as she has to run outside without anything (but her hands) to cover her pantyhose and panties. Next, we see some racequeens out on the roof (as in R646) letting the wind have its way with their very short skirts. Next a few scenes from the bathroom, again focusing on pantyhose and panties. The ladies have been set up for a photo shoot, and they are dressed in some typical "cos-play" outfits either maids or waitresses and are brought to a very windy rooftop. The photographer gives them posing directions but those darn short skirt just keep heading north. The photographer keeps re-assuring them that it won't show in the final pictures, but they are still embarrassed. The photographer also asks them to do things with their hands - peace sign, bunny ears, heart, etc. that forces the ladies to let those skirts fly. Once again, he captures some of the shortest skirts, tightest bottoms and windy streets of Japan on video tape for your viewing pleasure. These are not staged videos - anyone who has been to Japan knows that ladies wear skirt, pretty ladies wear short skirts and everyone enjoys the "panchira" (literally twinkling panties).Please note that this video suffers from some digital artifacts - some pixilation and a few moments where the video seems to stutter. It is part of the original video, which was the first effort of an amateur videographer.
